All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed there for 17 days and every day the room cleaned, sheets & towel changed and the equipment was filled. It was a nice stay. The location was not far from the highway & train station.

Clean room, complete amenities. Amazing sfaff at reception and restaurant, shout out to Mbak Rika for letting us continue eating even after 10 :)

Definitely above average in Jakarta. I have been in other international brand hotels in Jakarta too, but this one really stands out for the price. 1. The stuff is very helpful and the room service really quick. 2. The room and all other public areas are clean and serviced very well 3. The room has all amenities and nothing was broken or not working. Even though the superior room I have been in was not really large it had all I needed and expected for a week. 4. Great breakfast with huge choice

it has very good neat deco so its quite spacious for me and the room are so clean (such a plus) the design are modern aesthetic, briefly its nice and comfortable so it was a very pleasant stay

The rooms are well designed. Lot of shelves to but bags an other items. Indomarts and food places with in walking distance.
